What this site is

EDU Aid Network is a brand of Prospect Digital LLC. It publishes general information about student financial aid. It is not a school, a lender, a loan servicer, a scholarship provider or a financial adviser, and it is not affiliated with or acting for the U.S. Department of Education, Federal Student Aid, any state agency or any school.

Nothing on this site is financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it is a determination of what anyone qualifies for.

No fees, and no applications

Using this site is free. We do not charge for information and we do not collect payment details anywhere. Applying for federal student aid is free at studentaid.gov.

We do not file applications, submit forms, or act on anyone's behalf with a school, a lender or an agency, and we have no access to any application you file.

Accuracy

Student aid rules, figures and deadlines change between academic years and vary by state and by school. We write for the general case and link the official source where the official source is what binds.

If anything here contradicts the Department of Education, your state agency or your school's financial aid office, what they tell you applies and this site does not.

Advertising

Education providers pay to advertise on this site. Advertising has no influence over the content of any page, and we are not paid per enrolment. Where a page is sponsored it will say so on the page itself.

Acceptable use

Send us your own details and nobody else's, and do not point a script or a bulk mailer at these forms. Submissions are rate-limited and ones that look automated are dropped.

The writing, the design and the code here are the operator's.

Liability

This site is offered as published. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of what it says, including decisions about enrolling, borrowing or applying. Nothing here is an attempt to limit what the law says cannot be limited.
